PHASE 1: YOU MAKE AN OFFER
During the challenge, you must have made at least one offer or placed one bid on a tax deed. You need to have at least one bid submitted within 30 days after registering for the challenge.
🔸 After you submit your evidence, you must wait for the county to respond.
🔸 If the county accepts your offer after the deadline of 30 days, you will still be eligible for a refund.
🔸 Offers must be accepted by the county to be refunded.
🚫 If offer or bid was submitted 30 days after you registered, you will NOT be eligible for refund.
PHASE 2: COUNTY ACCEPTS OFFER
\If you have completed the entire process correctly and your offer has been ACCEPTED by the County, you must send us your evidence through the following form below.
The evidence is as follows:
🔸 Proof that offer was accepted by the County.
🔸 Proof of payment and/or registered deed.
🔸 A testimonial video recorded in HORIZONTAL following all the guidelines below.
Please note:
Your return will be reviewed for approval within 7 business days. In the testimonial video, you must say your name, where you live, and how your journey in the challenge was, recounting your entire experience.
By submitting, you agree that we may use your video for commercial purposes and marketing advertisements.
PHASE 3: THE REFUND
🔸 Our team will need to approve your testimonial video to receive your refund.
🔸 No refunds will be given for offers not accepted by the county or submitted after the deadline.
🔸 You will receive your refund when we receive your offer, acceptance information, payment receipt, and video testimonial which will be subject to team approval.

Record yourself with your device horizontally.
Record yourself with a source of light in front of you.
Keep your testimonial short and sweet; less than 2 minutes.
If you have trouble, you can ask someone to help you record.
